Gentle Yoga - Tuesday 5 - 6:30 pm and
Thursday 10 - 11:30 am. Relieve stress, release tension, increase
flexibility and strength with a gently guided basic posture flow
inviting breath awareness and mindfulness for a deeply relaxing
experience.
Dynamic Yoga - Thursday 5 - 6:30 pm.
Deepen core stability, increase flexibility and strength and
relieve stress with gently guided posture flow inviting physical
challenge with breath awareness and mindfulness for an invigorating yet
relaxing experience.
Restorative Yoga - Thursday 7 - 8:30
pm. Open your hips, shoulders, neck and back and expand breath with
increased body awareness in gentle supported poses, soothing breath
work and guided meditation restoring balance, freedom of movement and
vitality to your entire being.
Summer class fees are $50
for a 5 class summer pass. Small classes:
maximum 8 participants. Please call or email in advance for drop-in
availability. Space permitting, drop-ins are welcome for $12.
