Description: This year long mentorship program helps you dive deep into yoga and will transform your practice and your life. Over the year, three sessions of Vijnana III Progressive Classes, 10 mentorship/satsang meetings, an optional retreat and a commitment to personal practice will help you find freedom on all levels.
The Body
You will find easeful strength and grace with the alchemy of Tensegrity, the Vayus and the & Vital Principles of Vijnana Yoga.
The Mind
You will feel more joy and less stress when you learn how the mind works, and discover the Deep Inner Wisdom that lies within you.
The Spirit
You will discover that you are far more than this body, this mind, these emotions. As you recognize the Truth of who you are, you will find yourself acting from this place, and able to share your gifts with the world.
You will find that with Vijnana Yoga your practice grows organically; the experience of stillness cultivated by the yoga practice will call you to your mat again and again. Your Self discoveries on the mat are further supported and grown during our monthly satsang/mentorship meetings; you will be guided by the tenet of yoga philosophy that you are far more than this body and mind, and that you can and will awaken to the Self as pure consciousness. You will become part of a strong yoga community that supports, your developing practice, personal growth and commitment to living as a pure expression of inner Truth.
